We maintain a strict 30-day limited return policy. By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Coverage
Returns, refunds, or replacements are strictly limited to products that arrive defective or physically damaged upon delivery. No other circumstances will be considered valid for return.

Non-Eligible Cases
Under no circumstances will we accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction with product expectations or preferences

  • Improper handling, misuse, or modification of the product

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

Mandatory Proof Requirement
All claims must be supported by clear and verifiable photo or video evidence showing the defect. Claims without sufficient proof will be automatically denied.

Inspection & Verification
All submitted claims are subject to a strict internal verification process. We reserve full discretion to determine whether a product qualifies as defective. Our decision is final.

Timeframe
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.

Return Authorization Required
Returns will only be processed if prior written authorization has been granted. Any item sent back without approval will be refused and no refund will be issued.

Resolution Process
If your claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement product, or

  • Provide a refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to choose the method of resolution.

Shipping & Liability
We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Losses due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control

Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor for fraudulent or abusive claims. Any attempt to exploit this policy may result in:

  • Denial of refund

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
